Spanish Day

Miss Illan held a Spanish morning for our pupils who are gifted in Spanish. As we have a native Spaniard within school in year 2 he helped Miss Illan deliver this session. Children learnt more about the geography of Spain and the cultures, traditions and food.

‘I thought that Miss Illan’s Spanish morning was amazing because we learnt about Spain and had a quiz. I learnt that the Alhambra is a place in Spain. We learnt about Spanish food and we actually got to try a Tortilla de patatas an Tar de la abuela.’
